Welcome to Pinehurst Resort, we're looking forward to your stay with us and are confident you'll enjoy your time in Wisconsin's beautiful Northwoods.

As part of the reservation process at Pinehurst Resort you are required to acknowledge your receipt and understanding of the rules & regulations at Pinehurst Resort and agree to adhere to them.

Pinehurst is a private resort and only some of the owners make their cabins available for rent. The rules & regulations have been created to insure the safety and universal enjoyment of the resort for both owners and guests.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation at Pinehurst. The deposit is fully refundable if your reservation is canceled prior to 30 days before your check-in date. If canceled within 30 days of your check-in date the deposit is non-refundable.
There is a 5 mph speed limit on resort property. This is strictly enforced, as there are children at play. Repeat offenders may be asked to leave the resort and their reservation will be charged in full.
Pinehurst Resort offers Non Smoking Cabins – If evidence of smoking is discovered a minimum $250 cleaning charge will be assessed to your stay. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside.
No Pets are allowed – if an unauthorized pet is discovered you will have to board the pet locally or leave the resort and your reservation will be charged in full along with a $250 cleaning charge that will be assessed to your stay.
There is a No Jet Ski or Wave Runner Rule at Pinehurst Resort, including piers and beaches.
Personal campfires & fire pits are prohibited for guests. There is a shared campfire ring on the south side of the beach you may utilize. You will need to supply your own firewood.
Garbage dumpsters are located at the far south end of Pinehurst Resort. Please separate recyclables, (Tin, Glass, Aluminum, Plastic) and do not leave garbage outside of the cabins at anytime.
The Northern most pier is reserved for "Northern Comfort" and "Ruffin It". One space is available for each cabin. Northern Comfort is assigned the north side and "Ruffin It" is assigned the south side of the pier.
Each cabin comes equipped with a charcoal Weber grill located outside of your door. You will need to provide charcoal and lighter fluid, etc.
Pinehurst Resort facilities are available to registered guests only. Unregistered guests are not allowed access to the resort or cabins at any time.
Do not remove property from inside or outside other cabins including: fire pits, deck chairs, firewood, grills, kitchen supplies, etc. These cabins are private and you will be taking another persons personal property without their consent.

If you have questions about the rules & regulations please inquire before confirming your reservation. There is no flexibility with respect to these rules and regulations and they are strictly enforced.

However it is important to note that we rarely experience an issue and have never needed to ask a guest to leave the resort.

Please confirm you have read and understand all of the aforementioned rules & regulations. By doing so you agree to adhere to them at all times during your stay and acknowledge that if you are found to be in violation of the rules & regulations that we reserve the right to terminate your reservation, charge you in full for the remainder of your entire stay and if necessary apply the applicable $250 cleaning fee for smoking and, or pet violations.
