What is your cancellation and deposit policy?

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 3pm on your date of arrival. Check-out is 8am on your date of departure.

What is your cleaning policy?

You must make a reasonable effort to clean your cabin before departing which includes: washing all dishes, sweeping floors, removing all garbage and emptying the refrigerator and freezer. If we find that excessive cleaning is required after your departure, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.

What linens are included?

We’re proud to provide clean, quality bed linens at each of our properties. However we do not provide any type of bath or beach towels.

Are charcoal grills provided?

A charcoal grill is provided with each of our rentals. You are responsible for providing charcoal and lighter fluid.

Are fire pits allowed?

Our properties at Pinehurst Resort do not offer personal fire pits for guests. You may use the communal fire pit at the south end of the beach at Pinehurst. Some of our properties do allow fire pits, please confirm at the time of booking.

Are wave runners or jet ski's allowed?

Pinehurst Resort does not allow wave runners or Jet Ski’s. Some of our properties do allow them, please confirm at time of booking.

Are pets allowed?

As a general rule pets are not allowed at any of our rentals. If you wish to bring your pet, please discuss this with mgmt. at the time of booking.

Is smoking allowed?

All H&C rentals are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke you must do so outside.

What is your pet and smoking violation policy?

A $250 cleaning fee is charged for each smoking or pet violation. If an unauthorized pet is discovered, you will either have to board the pet locally or forfeit the remainder of your rental. Which will be charged in full.

How do I dispose of refuse & recycling?

All refuse and recycling must be properly disposed of at all times. Each property has a refuse process, which you will be informed of upon check-in. Please do not leave refuse outside of your rental at any time.

Are extra guests allowed?

All of our properties have maximum guest limits. You must discuss options for additional guests at the time of booking. Only registered guests are allowed access to our properties and their facilities.

Is there a speed limit at your properties?

There is a 5 MPH speed limit at all our properties. There are children at play; this is for their safety.
